I know it's a mechanical game! But there is a way to play this game on mame?

Ya there is a way. I really dont know what it is though. ALl i remember is playing it with a friend and i think he had his spinner (mouse) set as the arm thingie. the spinner had no resistance of course, so we just twisted the spinner and beasted on everyone. lol

A simple MAWS search found the info you asked for.

Obviously, it won't play correctly since you won't be able to use an actual mechanical arm in the same way.  Not sure what the point is without that component, but it appears that it can be fired up (according to MAWS).

If mame is emulating the output for a mechanical arm motor correctly, then yes, it should be possible. I personally have no clue how, but I know Howard has done a lot of work with mechanical output from Mame:
