Cab switch...
« on: September 03, 2011, 01:38:32 pm »
As I finally get ready for the fun part about building a mame cab (the wiring!),  some ideas have cropped up. Regarding a switch for the whole system, is that simply an extension of the PC's original power switch?  That would certainly make sense if using a powerstrip. What should I be looking for switchwise if I want to use something like a Bulgin brand switch?  There are just too many models. I have no idea what specs to go for, assuming that all I have to do is disconnect the mb wires that go to the current pc switch, And connect them to a new one. Of course, I'd likely go for an LED lit one (so it'll likely need 5v for that alone?). Any thoughts?   :notworthy:
