Removing marker writing on cartridges with solder flux or graffiti remover?

A lot of people recommended goo gone, that takes too long  :angry:

Someone suggested solder flux remover, and while searching for that I found this lift off pen, marker and ink graffiti  remover, has anyone tried these? Is it safe?... for the cart, not me  ;D
