Cabinet in Oklahoma - AND buttons, joys, ultimarc products, etc.
« on: September 09, 2003, 06:11:27 pm »
Hey all, I need to get rid of a cab in Oklahoma quick!  I'm in Oklahoma City.  The cabinet is a giant Street Fighter 2 cab.  I have a 27 (maybe 26 I don't know) Monitor in it that works Perfectly and has NO burn-in.  I'd of course like to let it go for a few bucks...  but I'm open to trades or whatever.

I have to get it out of my posession by the 29th of September, so email me, post, IM me, whatever.  I'll get in touch and we'll work out something for you.  I am not equipped to ship this item.  If you need to find directions, the zip to where I am is 73106.

Please o please save this baby from being thrown to the wolves.

 - Matt
PS.  email me or post if you are interested and I will get you some picks of it.

Thanks again - Matt

What's the hurry?
And where are the pics?

I might be interested if it's worth it. But I'd have to have a friend pick it up for me. (He lives in OK, but I'm down here in TX)

Post some pics & I'll let you know what I think.

The hurry is I'm moving to New York soon, and this is my last month for storage at my complex...  I've sold everything else I own, and needed to get rid of this beast too!  N

Here are the pics:

About the CP - as with everyone else here I designed my own :)  So I have the metal layout piece that is in the picture, but I warn it is in not so great condition.  If you look at the top of that piece, you'll notice where the CP artwork is peeling.  If you wanted to, you could sand and re-use the metal CP, but I'd suggest building a new one...  I have some excellent VISIO drawings of a new layout that fits in dimension to the system.

The Monitor Bezel and marquee are of course still with the machine.

I also still have the original buttons, many new buttons, new joysticks, and a trackball if you are interested in those.  Those I won't let go without a fight though, I would like to truck them with me....

If I do get rid of the buttons and joysticks etc...  I also have an ARCADEVGA video card, a j-pack, an i-pac, and an opti-pac.  I Know, I went a little overboard on the Ultimarc stuff.

Anyway, get back to me as soon as you can,
 - Matt

I'd prefer to let the monitor go with the whole cab.  I'm trying to work out something with tmasman...  so the cab/monitor is on pause till we figure that out.

The controls and ultimarc stuff is still available.

The trackball is the Happs 3" Diameter White High Lip Trackball For Use In Golden Tee
Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I have an ArcadeVGA, I-pac, J-pac, and Optipac.  I am not 300 percent sure where the J-pac is at the moment, but I'd say I'm about 200 percent.  If that is what you are interested, I'll go on a manhunt for it.

 - Matt

PS - The monitor and Cab are still up for grabs if you are interested.  Seriously, make an offer ;)

How old is ipac (newer/older board) and what connection (usb/ps2)?  What do you want for the ipac and optipac?

I bout all of my ultimarc gear in March I believe, so it's pretty new.  The Ipac, i'm guessing is the newer board.  If you would like for me to take a picture I am happy to.

As for price, what do you think about 60 bucks?  I'm not sure what the resell value of them are.  The ipac was only 39 bucks when I bought it, and the Opti was 44.  So... that's a 28 dollar save.  Sound good?

Have you sold this cabinet yet?  I am nearby, have a truck and could use a big Jamma cabinet.
