Size of crimp for Happ Comp buttons?
« on: August 24, 2011, 03:05:15 am »
Hi guys,

Does anyone know the size of crimp I need to attach wires to a happ competition button please? I have a choice of 2.8mm, 4.7mm or 6.3mm. The reason I ask is that I haven't bought the buttons yet and wanted to buy everything at the same time :)

Most microswitches sold with Happ's style buttons take .187" female spade terminals.  So it's probably 4.7 mm.  Many microswitches can take  .250" ( 1/4" ) as well.  best thing would be to check with your seller though.
