Go to Digital Press & ask Pootle & shadowkn55.

I bought a SNES repro from Pootle, & I've had many consoles modded by shadowkn55.

I paid about $60 plus mailed a cheap sports donor cart to Pootle (in England?) to get him to make me an N-Warp Daisakusen cart, complete with professional label attached.

I didn't get any custom carts from ShadowKn55, just console mods, at reasonable prices.
