Anyone else annoyed by smileys?

Not so much smileys in posts, as long as they are used in moderation, I am talking about whenever I am trying to type up a post, and am bombarded with this above me:
 :) ;) :D ;D :( :o 8) ??? ::) :P :-[ :-\ :'( :laugh: >:D :angel: :angry: :applaud: :badmood: :banghead: :cry: :blah: :notworthy: :censored: :dizzy: :cheers: :hissy: :laugh2: :soapbox: :tool: :timebomb: :dunno :afro: :burgerking: :embarassed: :lol
It's just a little ridiculous with all that movement. I don't think we shouldn't have the option of using them, but just limit how much we can see the distracting ones!

If you go into your profile and select look and layout, you can change the default smileys to Donkey Kong or Invadies too. 

Hint: you can also turn them off.

It never really bothers me. I'd be game for a few smiley revisions though.

 :blackbelt  Blackbelt smiley needs to be updated, you could count on one hand the number of times he has been used. I'm thinking we need a little more fierce of a blackbelt dude....or at least a Chuck Norris Beard.

 :angry: and his cousin  :soapbox: Do both these guys need to take up prime smiley real estate? I get the purpose for both, and agree they both need to stay, but good old soapy can take a back seat in the "more" section IMHO.

 :duckhunt I love duckhunt dog, but he is a bit lonely in the video game world. Maybe he could get a couple buddies? This is a pretty fitting forum to have a few more VG smileys.

We could also use an arcade machine and a pinball machine smiley. I just think they would be blindingly useful. I'm sure someone talented here could make up some smileys like that.

Is it wrong that I've never noticed the "More" link below the existing smileys? :dunno

 :woot would be used a lot more often had I realized it existed!  Oh well, slap me silly!  :hissy
