Xarcade byo Encoder mode b?..
« on: July 20, 2011, 06:51:41 pm »
So I've wired up the xarcade encoder pretty easy. Except the mode b part. Every other wire goes to a button or joy. There's two wires that go to mode b. What is mode b and how would I wire it. I tried using those on microswitches but it doesn't do anything.

I believe that goes to the 1-6 switch on the back of the xarcade controller for programming presets or something.

wire it up like a normal button. when you press it, it puts the encoder into program mode. i dont think it works with the switch in mode 1 though. i dont think you can change that one.
