I am not ready to build a full-blown cab yet, but I surely would like to have a control deck. I t needs to be 2 player. I wont need a track ball. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. I would appreciate it

thanx, but I meant a diy kit. Do you know if the controls are easily removed on the x-arcade?

Yep. I don't have any skill, nor the tools to actually build/assemble one myself. do you know of anyone in the forum I should ask? Or a website perhaps? As for the X-Arcade, what sticks can I swap it with ?. Sorry for the bloated questions.

What kind of sticks are you looking for? I think, personally, the x-arcade sticks are just fine. The easiest swap would be Happ/ IL buttons and sticks.

I'm looking for something for Mk and Street Fighter mainly. I love fighting games with M.A.M.E.

Its a well built product. Buy it and give it a shot, see how you like it before swapping everything out.
For what you are looking for, I think its the best solution, you can pick one up pretty cheap on e-bay.
