Gameex- updated all the time, a ton of plugins, easy to use theme editor to customize it, point and click set up more or less

Hyperspin, but I like bling so Hyperspin it is. There are more simple approaches out there.

Mala cos it's easy to use, has plenny options, and can accomodate a rotating monitor plug in, if I ever get that ambitious (for now I just use a toggle switch)
