Humming speakers in Sega Model 2 cab

I bought a defective Sega Fighting Vipers dedicated cab which I gutted to convert it into a MAME cab. It works but Im getting interference on both the screen and speakers (50hz buzz). Grounds seem to be ok and I've tried bypassing the EMI Filter. The sound amp had some brownish gunk on the backside of the PCB which I removed with some electronic cleaning spray. The buzz in the speakers start when I connect them to the sound amp and I've tried connecting other speakers to the amp with the same result. Please advice!
