MALA seller on Ebay.co.uk

I reported an auction and sent the user a C&D and got this in response.

Hi there

I am working with MALA only and i am working on a setup with hyperspin for my own personal use it was something i was going to pack as frontend until I found out it wasnt aloud to be sold on as i was contacted about this from another ebay member stating did you know it was illegal to sell hyperspin i replied back saying this was something i was not aware of and now continue to work mith MALA as its a lot easier to work with the reason i answered and posted the qestion is at the time i did not know this was copyright and therefore compiled work into mala

if you would like me to end this listing and relist so the question and answers dissappears i can do that like i said at the time i thought it was freeware

Please accept my appologies for offending you but i do not sell hyperspin just MALA

I question how he gets away selling all that software for profit.

Most fall into the case like MaLa.  It is free to download and use but not sell for profit.
