Wiring Info Needed
« on: September 02, 2003, 05:27:28 pm »
Been lurking this site for weeks, now I'm ready to start wiring my cab.  I'm using an old Scramble cabinet and I have the original CP.  What I wanted to know was how do I setup Player 2 to use the same controls as Player 1?  Do I just wire the controls to both Player 1 and 2 or can I do this in Mame?

Thanks.

Start a game.

Tab out.

Then configure the player 2 controls to use the same joystick as the player one controls.

Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

The tab menu is great, but very slowly being phased out.  Using the ctrlr files is aweosme :)  I have to plug this in because if you want HC's viewer to work well with controls.dat project you will need to use ctrlr files and not the tab menu to configure.
