Uk CNC'ers?
« on: June 16, 2011, 04:38:40 am »
Hi, just wondering if there are any UK companies that people have used previously (that are reasonably priced)

Or better still any fellow UK forum members that have a CNC machine that would be willing to cut the wood for a cab (obviously for a price).

I'm not quite at that stage yet, I haven't really decided 100% on a cab, but I'm looking at Lowboys or Vewlix.  Ideally I would just like to be able to give over a CAD file and have the wood cut and then follow a guide/assemble myself.

Good question I would be interested to know if anyone can recommend a UK based CNC company that don't charge a fortune.

We have considered offering to cut out cabs for people in the US. The dang MDF is so heavy though dang! It seems like freight would be a killer for a full cab especially.
