Removed JAMMA power supply, but what about these loose ground wires?

I purchased an empty Dynamo HS1, and am now in the process of MAME'ing it. The original power supply was long gone by the time I got my hands on the cabinet, which leaves a few things to my imagination. It appears as though it was mounted in the big empty space next to my iso transformer, and received its AC power from the (now terminated) Black, White and Green wires pictured below.

My question is: Should I connect Green Wire A to Green Wire B? (see image for reference)

The wiring diagram (PDF) for my cabinet is not very clear. This guy makes it sound like they should be connected, but the advice given here contradicts that. Bob Roberts covers cabinet wiring thoroughly, but I'm unable to deduce the correct wiring for my particular case from his wealth of information.

Any help?

I bet if you check continuity between the two green wires you will find that they are already connected.

Green Wire B goes to the spade terminal on the case of the EMI filter.
Green Wire A goes to a screw mounting the EMI filter which has it also going to the case of the filter.

I have a healthy fear and elementary knowledge of electricity; these characteristics often lead me to over analyzing simple scenarios such as the one described above.
