Back Panel: Hinges or What?

I'm no sure how to go about making a open able or removable back panel on my cab. I was thinking of using hinges, but then thought it would probably be better if I could just totally remove it so I could get to the back easier if it was in a confined space. What have you guys done for this, and what hardware would I need?

You can do it any number of ways.  You can just screw it in, you could use clasps, you could rabbet a lip for the bottom and make a latch to hold in the top like the trays in airplanes.

I thought about hinging mine, but sloth got the better of me, so I just went with four screws.

If your cab is very stable, and doesn't rack or flex when you push on the top of the side panel, then a door is the way to go.  if it's flexible, you need to screw the back panel on.  It lends a lot of support.  I am going with half and half-the bottom part will be fixed, and the top will be a door with cam lock to access the back of the monitor.

I'm putting the back panels on with screws.  Although, I'm also making the front serve as a door on hinges like Bella's arcade.

Since i have an LCD, and don't need to mess with my Monitor, the top 3/4 of my rear panel screw in.  The bottom 1/4 has a hinge on it so I can get to the PC.  My coin door also opens up, and that gives me access to the bottom section.
