Using Original DK speaker for my mame build? How?
« on: June 03, 2011, 06:41:13 pm »
I have a DK cab that I have mame up and running on. I also and currently using 2.1 usb speakers...they work just fine. But I would like to be able to use the built in speaker that is already there. I have a car amp I could attach this to, and i am guessing i would need to do this. If i just create a 3.5mm adaptor to the speaker I am guessing my sound card is not gonna work correctly with it.  How would I go about hooking this up the right way? Ive looked around with the search, but didnt see anything directly related to a Nintendo cab...but my search skills could blow....lol

Nevermind.  If people care...

I hacked open my 2.1 speakers, and the speakers from those are the same resistance as the Sanyo speaker, so I wired up the Sayno, it sounds much better than the 2.1s!

Worked great, DK has some bass to it now :)
