My old ps3 is backwards compatable (sometimes) and I was wondering if any of you had a list of PS2 cab friendly games.

the ps1+2 shooters are worth a try . there are some jewels i dont wonna miss , like donpachi , mushihimesama , espgaluda , raiden

The Capcom Arcade Classics collections are very good, I would also recommend the SNK Collection, The Namco ones, Taito Legends vol 2 (vol 1 needs an analog controller, as does Mega Man collection, fyi). Metal Slug Anthology, Tekken 4 & 5, Activision Anthology, Gradius V, Raiden III, Sega Genesis Collection.
