All,

Got a Rowe AMI WP-100 sometimes called a storm or laserstar wall mount juke box.

Worked fine for about 2 weeks and then one day, it was on a playing and then just stopped.

When I pull the service button, it says "Errors Exist" on the screen but not much else.  Display shows a 0 on the top line and all keys do not work except the arrows, which still forward and reverse the art work.

Have shut off and done a complete initialization (which I found out how to do here on the forums), but I can find no other information on what this code might be or how to fix it.

HELP!

Thanks!

Derek

** NEW INFO **

OK, feel like a complete moron here.  Talked to a service guy, and he said the computer must have gotten reset.  The problem is the unit is waiting for money and is no longer on Free Play.  DOH. He told me how to fix it. Feel like a moron now.

sounds like it's time for a new battery in the computer.
