Help identifying 25" Wells Gardner monitor

If they print a model number on there, I can't find it. :)

Looks like a k7100.

there is a part number on the cahssis board, just left of the small daughter board. that number may say p538.
other than that, the model number would usually be a sticker on the frame just left of the chassis board. It would be something like 25k71xx
