FS: 27" CRT Medium resolution Neotec Monitor $75 obo [Los Angeles]

I have a medium resolution 27" CRT arcade monitor--NT-27ER. Tube face is in excellent condition and electronics look okay, but I can't seem to get a working picture. Perhaps it is a simple fix or I haven't hooked it up properly, but in any case I'm looking to get rid of it. It was in a Hydrothunder case.

You'll need to be able to unbolt and take it out yourself. My back is bad and all I can do is offer moral support and/or supervision. :) You are welcome to take the brackets as well.
