Replacing microswitches on Mag-Stik plus
« on: May 04, 2011, 02:43:56 pm »
I hate the switches on my Mag Stik plus sticks.  I was thinking I would replace the stock switches with versa-micros.  As I look closer I notice that the switch on these sticks are unique with shorter actuators.  Anyone know if the versas will fit?  Is it as simple as cutting the actuator with snips or a dremel to the appropriate size?

Modifying microswitches is usually as simple as this.  If the metal leaves are too long, you need only to cut them to size.  If you want the VersaMicros with levers, I can make a special version for you. Just make sure to note it in the comments box when you check out.
