Gauntlet cabs? Did they have glass under the bezel?

I got a guantlet cab and it has original bezel, I put my 19" monitor in and it fit perfect, was wondering if these usually had glass to protect the monitor or not? I dont see a place for the glass to be held in place though.... ???

Gauntlets do not have glass. One of the few games that don't.
