What is this jamma thing

So i tried google but im a mame guy not a jamma, there way diffrent to me. I pulled this board out and it says jamma (B) PCB system 246, and it looks like it has a bunch of video input and output, Can i use this with mame at all or should i just sell it? thanks

Think you are referring to this system. 2 boards are needed so you may be missing something.
