Question about GameEx and i-pac

Hi all.

I'm planing my first arcade at this moment. I've tried GameEx with a couple of emulators and a question came to mind.
When I want to quit the game I'm playing at the moment and chose a new one, which button should I click on?

Should I preview an extra button linked to the i-pac and program it to quit the emulator in question? But how would I do that?
