GP Wiz40, connection stuck in "active" possition (Need help)
« on: March 30, 2011, 07:11:03 pm »
Has any one else had this happen to them? My "button" 11 connection is stuck in an active state. I have determined that the cause is my GP Wiz (removed button, swapped connection from NO to NC, etc).

So, my question: does any one know of a way to fix this? Or am I at the mercy of GGG?

*Sorry if this is not the correct place for this post

Wow, talk about service! I received an e-mail from GGG. Evidently the likely cause is static discharge, and they will replace for a fee. Man, that's what I call service!

I wouldn't have expected anything less from Randy from GGG.  He has always been very helpful and prompt in his replies for support even if you bought his products over a year ago.
