The original HD Fury had some...interesting...issues. I don't know much about the HD Fury 2. I've never actually had to do what you're wanting to do. The device has to be made and sold in Europe as it technically violates US law by stripping the (worthless as it's been completely compromised) HDCP copy protection, which is required for analog output.
This conversion process is not trivial. It's not just a simple passive cable. It's going to cost some money, especially since it's not a commonly required function, so there's only low volume.
And in cast you aren't aware, HDMI *is* DVI with a different connector (and audio hacked in). You should always be able to feed an HDMI device from a DVI signal using a simple, cheap adapter. The other way won't always work, but often it will. You asked for DVI in (implying you have a DVI source), so HDMI in should always be fine as long as it works.
I'd seriously try the HDMI input on your TV with a suitable HDMI/DVI adapter. If it works, great! If it doesn't work, you're out like $5-10.
If you have an older ATI graphics card in your PC, there exist DVI to YPbPr component adapters that are pretty cheap (~$15, IIRC). These will ONLY work with certain ATI cards, so verify compatibility before purchasing.
monoprice.com should have most of these cables and adapters.
Also, I assume this TV doesn't have a PC/VGA/RGB input?
