help with speaker selection

Ok so I need to buy some speakers for my cab
in addition to being a mame cab it will be a playing dreamcast games and also serve as a jukebox. I would have liked to use my klipsch 2.0 or 4.0, but I need some round shaped speakers. I have no saudering skill and don't want to put a reciever in my cab if i don't have to. So what are my options. I don't need to spend a ton of money and I don't need the greatest sound in the world. any recommendations?/

Do most people go with a 2 or 4 speaker (and subwoofer?) setup in their cabs?  How about most genuine arcade cabs?  The more speakers the better?  

Assuming that someone was buying speakers specifically for a cab they were building i.e. they don't already have a spare set of speakers that they wish to use, what type of speaker setup is generally recommended?

The average genuine arcade cabinet has a single low wattage 6x9 or 5" speaker up by the marquee, that is it. Maybe 10 percent of games are in stereo, which means two low wattage 6x9s or 5" speakers. Very few games have subwoofers.

I used a set of $10 computer speakers from K-Mart. They can get louder than I would want, so there is no reason to want more. And the quality isn't really an issue, most games did not have particularly high quality audio.

I would LOVE to hear if anyone knows how to wire in a subwoofer and such.

I just got an old turbo sitdown THANKS DONOR!!!!! And I just cleaned it up today and sanded it down and removed all the extra old wiring that wasn't going to be needed....  But there are 4 speakers.... One small speaker in front.  Two small behind you... And one big subwoofer under the seat.

I would LOVE to get them all working!  Anyone know how to do it?

Too bad Klipsch speakers are crazy expensive.
I've heard quite a bit about a set of Logitech speakers where only hardcore audiophiles could tell the Klipsch sets were better.

BTW if you put your speakers up above the screen in a corner, you get an audio "corner effect" that amplifies the bass and makes your speakers sound better.  Also try and go for an equilateral triangle between the two speakers and your head at its typical playing position.  That provides the best sound.  

(sit in a chair with music playing on some small computer speakers, and have a friend adjust their positions...   you'll see what I mean.  Right around the equilateral triangle positions they sound great, farther apart they get this weird spacey thing ppl call a stereo hole, and closer together they sound mono.)
