Over the last couple of weeks we've been busy bees tweaking the Ice Cold Beer side art file in order to get colors as close as possible (to the original) and as of tonight we are 99.9999999% sure that we are as close as we're going to get... So, here are the facts...

- Scan/Retouch/Vectoring by Bill @ ChompingQuarters.com
- Printed by Rich @ This Old Game
- Solvent InkJet print
- Screen Printed Clear Coat
- Plotter Cut
- Sold @ ChompingQuarters.com/store (not online yet and will not be for a few weeks)

So, if your interested in a set I need you to e-mail me at "AUDIOMIDIMAN at GMAIL dot COM" or send me a PM. Cost will be $75 + shipping. No prepayments... No commitments... Just need an idea of who actually is pretty sure they want a set because due to the screen printed clear coat supplies will be limited (Doesn't mean we won't run them again just means that if we do 20 sets it will be awhile before we run them again).

Just talked to Rich and after he is going to start running these this weekend (as soon as he does one final test print) and screen the clear a few days later.

As of right now I'll only have about 5-10 extra sets. Yes, we can run them again based on the fact that they are solvent ink jet but because there is a clear coat screened on we'll need to start building a list.

So, come forward now if you "think" you'd like a set.

If you made a topless version, i'd imagine you could easily quadruple the run order.  >:D

In all seriousness, can you explain to a layman what you're talking about? I get that there's a protective clear coat, I don't understand how that affects runs?

I posted this to a collector that I know who has one.  Not sure what condition his sideart is...
but the most commonly destroyed parts on an Ice Cold Beer are the front glass (major flaking), as well as the rubber drive belts, and the main bar assembly that the ball sits on.

The sideart was usually in ok condition on these, cause the machine was light and easy to move, as well as less deep & wide. Easier to move without incurring external damages.

I had to hand paint most of my ICB front glass before I decided to resell it.  I suspect you may get a lot more orders for front glass, if you are able to repo that.

Might be cool to institute real gold-leaf as well, instead of the fake gold on the print.

( Personally, I always hated the look of the woman on the front glass.  The sideart was decent, but the front glass babe just didnt turn out so well Imop. )

I used some sort of car windshield washer hose to replace the belts.. however, they didnt fit as well as the original belts.   Also machined some brass tubes to rebuild the bar assembly. Was quite the challenge / pain.

Rich @ thisoldgame.com is solvent ink jetting them. Then he will be silk screening a clear coat on them like he did on his Journey Side Art.

http://www.thisoldgame.com/index.php?search%5Bterms%5D=journey&search%5Bmode%5D=any

The "clear" silkscreen makes the colors "POP" and look more vivid and then adds a protective layer to the art... It only affects the run because rich needs an idea of how many sets to run with the clear coat. If it wasn't for the clear coating we could just run them one at a time.

It would be great to redo the front glass but very costly. I thought about giving the girl more cleavage! ;)

Hehe, It would help a little... but man oh man does she have a butterface.   Its drawn so poorly, that she looks more like a he  or  'he-she'.

Ya know, I think a kit to change the game into a  Zeke's Peak would sell even better.
Field a pole and or pre-order.
