Anyone able to run the Aimtrak utility on a Win2k machine?

No, it won't run properly in Win2k (I had a couple of back-and-forth emails with Andy on this; Win2k on my machine as well).

What you can do, though, is plug the gun into an XP pc and run the config utility, do what you need to do on that machine (which IIRC, will probably be reassigning buttons), then move the gun back to the Win2k machine and calibrate it there. That's what I did, and I haven't had any problems, or a need for the config utility, since.

Hey thanks for the tip. I have XP on my main rig, so I could give that a go.

I also am having problems with the gun's tracking. The movement is really choppy. Not fluid at all. It passes calbration (although barely). It has trouble seeing the bottom of the screen, so I had to stand really far back to get it to pass. I was hopeing that I could trouble shoot some more using the utility. Also, I have two guns, so I understand the only way to set this up is by using the util.
