How do you control cursor display?

Is there something in the config that allows you to control if the cursor is displayed. Trying to run a few programs that need to show a cursor.

Figured this out finally. If you go to options you can set cursor to default rather than blank. Blank hides the cursor but default allows it to show when needed. I should have updated this thread months ago but never got around to it.
