EDIT:Just for S & giggles, I removed the diode from the solenoid and it now works.
Still need the gear.  If it comes down to it, I can have a friend make a copy of one of the good ones on his CNC machine.
But I doubt he's a close enough friend to do it for free.  :-\

Need a working solenoid & the white plastic fan gear for a SNK Beast Busters gun.
