Help indentifying a 39 in 1 jamma board
« on: January 28, 2011, 12:29:38 pm »
Hello everyone, I need some help identifying a 39 in 1 board, and which it is.   I haven't seen it in person yet, but this is the information I have about it right now.

It has 39 games on it.  Off the top of my head here's what is on there.  All 80s classics....

Pac-Man
Ms. Pac-Man
Jr. Pac-Man
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Jr
Donkey Kong 3
Dig Dug
Burger Time
Galaga
Galaga 2
Galaxian
Time Pilot
Mappy
Gyruss
Xevious
Space Invaders
Pool
Pinball
Rally X
Moon Cresta
Frogger
Centipede
Millipede
1943

Does anyone know what board this might be?  And if so, what might be a reasonable price to sell it for?  Used, of course, but working.  Thanks!

There are many clones of the 39 48 and 60 in 1 boards available.   If it looks like the attached picture it is one of the more common ones.   None of them are legal and all of them have less then perfect sound.   The older boards once sold for 200 plus but prices have come down alot due to competition so and new 60 in 1 can be purchased for 100 to 140 dollars.  Used I would not pay more than $50 for the older board.

They're also MAME based..

which strictly means you're not _allowed_ to sell them.  They have a value of $0

They're in no way an authorized product, either from the arcade manufacturers or MAME developers.

Gotcha.   Hey, I was just asking for a friend to see what was what, I have no idea.   Appreciate the info.

Neither is MAME.

MAME is as illegal as WinAMP.
