HyperHQ issue

Hi guys,

I've been playing around with HS and multiple emulators for a while now, and today I wanted to transfer my entire HS directory with everything in it (emulators and roms included) to my laptop. The transfer went great, and as usual (I've transferred it to multiple desktops before, all without issues) I started HyperHQ to set the path names to the roms and emulators straight again. Here's what I got when HyperHQ opened...

Any ideas as to why I'm getting this mishmash? And how to fix it?
