Hey all,

Just found this one from the guys at Retro Gaming Roundup podcast.  A very cool site that releases video game music comps.  Nerd up to the bar and get some!

Great link! Have you heard 8-bit weapon (http://www.8bitweapon.com), they rock.

I also remember a site with ambient arcade sounds, really cool too.

Don't forget OCRemix too! We've been releasing high quality game music arrangements for over ten years.

Yah all great stuff.  I found a really cool Moon Patrol remix up there once.  Still waiting on a Ninja Warriors remix :)

This is the arcade ambience page.  Great for cabs.

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Hell yeah, my source for remixes since the day they posted their first track. I enjoyed their emulation related web comic back in the day (still fun to go back and read), but it's the OCremix that has stood the test of time. (Especially certain Silent Hill remixes ;))

Years ago, I found some Star Control 2 remixes there that were pure awesome.  They're still playing whenever I load up my folder of "music to play City of Heroes by". Great stuff.

Yup, OCremix is bad ass. I finally got to listen to some. It wasnt for very long, but still rad. The minibosses are a cool band that covers songs too, and metroid metal. For some reason I cant link stuff on here, so google that ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---!
Pictures are overrated anyway.
