Possible to Sort Games by Country?

Okay, i got my hands on a complete set of mame roms. Problem is i only want the american games on my machine. Is there a program that will go through and sort the games so that only the american ones show up in hyperspin?

romlister does it, has a drop down tab that will let you do all regions, usa, japan, asia, and europe roms.
