I think this is a fan translation but still... caught me off guard when I was testing my emulators out. He was the first guy I talked to! It's called Cosmic Fantasy 2.

when i was little i would put in 2 credits at a time so i could just press start again when i lost in some beat em up. But then some other kid would come in and press start on the P2 side and steal my credit. i learned a lesson that day. never again
