wooters.us is the only way.  If you leave a woot page logged in and then monitor wooters it will auto buy the BOC and you just have to enter your CSV and submit.  It's the only way I have been able to get it ever.

I almost bought the bandolier of carrots t-shirt they had this afternoon.  I don't feel like I've earned it until I actually snag the BoC though.  Someday.
