CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply $95
CORSAIR XMS 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Ultra Stable Desktop Memory Model CMX6GX3M3A1333C8 $85
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard $100
AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition Deneb 3.5GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor $180

I'm still looking for a good deal on a 2tb 3.5 7200rpm drive (I found a 5900rpm one from seagate for about 60 bucks).  I plan on getting two of these. The cpu you seems adequate without need to overclock (they suggest 3.0ghz at least).

I just need a graphics card (prefer nvidia), case (htpc case), 4tb hard drive storage, and fans now. Any suggestions?

Going with triple channel ram on a dual channel motherboard is kind of silly.
Spend 10$ more and get 8 in dual:

Ah damn, it sold out.

4gigs is probably enough:
