I'm not a big fan of the cockpits, but that is a great concept!
Looks like a really nice ottoman when not in use.

I'd probably have to move the shifter to the outside to be comfortable.
If the fit and finish of the inside were as nice as the outside, it would set the standard.

That has to give a pretty authentic racing feel, very cool! The only thing is that to the rest of the world, you'd be just a dude sitting in a box playing video games. 

I don't think I could bring myself to use that in front of an open window.

The Rock Band guitar is a nice touch for the racing setup IMO.
