Dart machine help
« on: November 04, 2010, 11:53:47 pm »
Hello everyone! Been trying to get on here for some time. I have read alot of posts from Ken Layton about dart machine repair. Please Ken if your there, write me.
I have an Arachnid 6300 with super spider I think, and need tech help. I need control panel help, lighting, and cabinet help. I have it in a million pieces right now.
If anyone has a good pic of one of these, please send it because this thing looks like it was put together wrong from day one.
Thank you....
If it ain't broke, It's probably a good idea to take it apart anyway!

Thank you but I have seen those. I have the Galaxy manual for the super spider but the 2 bolt holes don't line up right to assemble it. The manual says one is just below the "U" shaped cut-out (in the 8 oclock position) and the other bolt is in the 4th hole to the right of the top center position hole. They are supposed to be directly across eachother diagonally according to the manual. I took pics before I took it apart and the 2 bolts were at about 10 and 2 looking from the back. Maybe someone drilled a bunch of holes in the spider but it doesn't line up the way the galaxy manual says.
Then we have the remove darts and throw darts lights. I know ken said they are 2182D but I also need the sockets. I cant find them anywhere but I did find part# 2506796c1 bulbs with socket from an International truck dealer. They are dash bulbs and the specs look the same. Are they ok to use?

Thank you very much for the help. I have built a Mame machine but never have a project like this. I looks like it may have fallen out of an airplane...LOL
