Arcade Magazines
« on: November 03, 2010, 09:26:55 pm »
Hello there, I'm looking for magazines that cover up the arcade world in general, games, cabinet reviews, etc.
I've heard of "retrogamer" magazine, are there any others that you would recommend? I live in Spain, so I'm a little lost. Around here there are around....0 magazines that cover up the arcade world, or even retro games.  :dunno

GameRoom is a good mag, but I think the International subscriptions are much more expensive than in the USA.

Edit: I just want to add that it looks like you can buy digital copies of the magazine's past issues, if that is an OK thing for you.

Current magazines or old ones? The 80's had a few of them.

Electronic Games
Electronic Fun
Joystick
...

NO MORE!!

Here are some PDFs of Joystick.

I recall buying issue #2 as a kid and reading it over...and over...and over...  ::)

I was thinking on actual magazines that would cover retro arcade gaming but with today's point of view.
Those Joystick PDF's are amazing! A real blast from the past!
