Component (just video) and the RCA Composite with Audio connector are NOT the same type of plug, dude.
Genesis doesn't even do the former without modifications of which I'm not entirely sure are possible (S-Video, yes, as I've seen on another thread). Yeah, it fits - but that's about it.
And again, how does an item that is for SPLITTING video
output to two displays supposed to solve the problem of adding one input to a single display? Maybe you're thinking you can just plug it in to the back of a TV,
pretend it's composite and now you have two inputs. But how does the TV know which signal to display? You need a switch.
