You've got to click the "Download to Xbox 360" button at the above link.  It's the whole download marketplace content from the web thing.  Then you go to your xbox and it downloads automatically.

However, this isn't working for everyone (like me).  I get an unavailable to download error when I do it.  However, others are reporting that it works.

That doesn't matter.  You can buy stuff through the website.  THough MS will likely cap down on it soon, if you 'buy' it for free online it gets assigned to your 360 and it's XBLA account.

I actually got it, entire game for free.  ...Too bad it's not a game I wanna play.  But FREE! :3

It acts like a red herring to get people to update the firmware in their 360.  It actually let me "purchase" it and told me it would download to my machine the next time I logged on with it.  I had to update the unit as I haven't had it on for a while.  And, of course, it didn't download it.  

When I tried it again, I got the above error message.

I wish had more time to be concerned about it.  I let my gold membership expire when Netflix became free on the PS3.

BTW, Fable II is $12.99 pre-owned at GameStop if anyone is wondering, and they are doing the "buy two get one" thing at he moment (at least in my area).  I usually hit them for a few titles when they do this, and today was no exception  .

Actually, check that, you MUST update to the lastest dashboard just to log into your Xbox Live account.  So ya now, no trickery with Fable II there.
