autohotkey or other script to control mouse w/ keyboard

I saw a video where someone else mentioned they used an autohotkey script so they could control the mouse with their joystick for things like navigating in GGPO.  I want to set up GGPO in MA so I was wondering if anyone else had done something like this or knows how.

I think it uses a program called AutoIt which is similar to autohotkey.
