cheat.dat auto loading?

im running mameuifx and hypersping on my cab. but wanted to know if its possible to have the cheat.dat load for a certain game on startup?  for example Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3  having the 3 hidden characters on the menu automatically selectable without inputting the codes to select them?
