WTB: Laptop DDR 333mhz or 400mhz SO-Dimm 1GB or 2 x 1GB RAM

I am looking for a couple 1 gigabyte sticks of DDR 333mhz or DDR 400mhz laptop SO DIMM 200 pin RAM.  If you have any for sale please let me know as I have an older laptop I am trying to upgrade the RAM in.  DDR2 will not work.  :(

Anyone?  I really don't want to pay $80 dollars for this off Newegg.
