Lol yup. It's a ratchet strap to keep it from shaking when playing. It works really well!

I'm guessing you are referring to the symbols that appear on the mouse switch. Yeah, I didn't know which was meant to be for on or off. Some day I'll have to switch that around. Thanks for pointing that out.
