Lol yup.  It's a ratchet strap to keep it from shaking when playing.  It works really well!

The way I see this picture is you turn the switch on to turn the mouse off and turn the switch off to turn the mouse on, is that correct?

I'm guessing you are referring to the symbols that appear on the mouse switch.  Yeah, I didn't know which was meant to be for on or off.   Some day I'll have to switch that around.   Thanks for pointing that out.
