not really any arcades in ct,

smiles in milford used to have a few old machines, but i haven't been there in years.  it would be tough to find classic games here,  Theres a video store in watertown that has alot of old pin's in really great condition, but i don't think they have any arcade cabs.

Closest real arcade is probably chinatown fair in nyc.

There are plenty in CT.  I live in nearby Brewster, NY (Danbury, CT is about 10 minutes away by car).

There's a great one in Milford, CT called "Smiles".  I've been there recently and it's still great.  http://www.smilesentertainmentcenter.com/

Also, if you want to stretch the meaning of "arcade" there's a Chuck-E-Cheese next to Danbury mall.

But Smiles in the best one.  It's 2 floors and they have both new and classic machines.  They even have the 6 player X-men machine.

Hope this helped!

danbury is about 45-50 mins from meriden/wallingford,

i did mention smiles in my post, i'm glad to hear they have more stuff than i originally though, however i still wouldn't use the words "plenty of arcades in ct"

If anyone goes to any of the places listed on that site, please take a moment to take inventory, and compare with the last date noted. Send a message to him if there are any differences.

BTW, If you do go to Smiles, the classic games are generally buried in the basement..  (At least they were the last time I was there).  Walk in the main door, go straight to the back where they normally keep all of the huge driving games and stuff, and there are stairs to the back right.
