Anyone ever trimmed 3/4" T-molding down to 1/2" ?
« on: September 09, 2010, 02:38:17 pm »
Since they don't have many color choices for 1/2" T-molding, I was wondering if it was feasible to trim the 3/4" down to 1/2".  I've seen 5/8" trimmed before, but don't recall seeing someone do it with 1/2".

If someone has experience with this, it will save me from possibly sacrificing a piece of T-molding (oh the horror!)

Thanks

I've done 3/4" to 5/8", the same technique (4th post down) can be used to go to 1/2".
